  • When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit in order to reply to you.

We do not collect payment or financial information on longevia.org. Purchases are made through our Shopify store, longevia.store, which has its own separate privacy policy covering payment and order data.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Send you newsletters, articles and updates you have signed up to receive
  • Respond to enquiries you send us
  • Understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it
  • Meet our legal obligations

We will only email you marketing content if you have actively signed up to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Some pages on this site, including our Experiences page, contain affiliate links to third party businesses. Clicking an affiliate link takes you to a third party website with its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We do not share your personal data with these third parties; the only information they receive is that a click came from our site.

Sharing your information

We use trusted third party services to run this site and communicate with you, including:

  • MailerLite, our email marketing and website platform, which stores the email addresses of people who sign up to our list
  • Standard web analytics tools, which collect anonymised or pseudonymised browsing data

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed to our mailing list or as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and no longer than necessary for those purposes or to meet legal requirements.
